A Montreal guy who learnt to cook late in late, but enjoys spending his weekends by the oven and stove, mainly baking bread. I’m not vegan or vegetarian, but have nothing against meatless recipes. I try to eat local as much as possible, so most things coming out of the stove/oven will be seasonal (except for avocados, bananas and wine -at least until climate change hits us harder).
Recipes will be available whenever possible with the disclaimer that I don’t usually follow them, so what you read is not usually what you get, but I promise to try to be as accurate as possible.
